Between Tesla, Aldi and Ikea – IB Hochschule für Gesundheit und Soziales takes part in the Berlin Company Run

It was a sunny and cool evening on 16 May when the starting signal was given for the 21st IKK BB Berlin Company Run 2023. The run took place on a route around Berlin's Tiergarten with the Brandenburg Gate as start and finish. And this year IB Hochschule für Gesundheit und Soziales was also represented with 5 enthusiastic participants.

In total, 872 companies with about 20,000 runners took part in the event. It was a diverse mix of inline skaters, unicyclists, wheelchair and handbike riders, skateboarders and walkers who wanted to boost their fitness and promote team spirit.

After a slight delay at the start – the challenge of sending 20,000 people onto the course at the same time – the field finally got moving. Drummers and enthusiastic spectators accompanied the runners on their way through Berlin's picturesque streets.

The participants from IB Hochschule für Gesundheit und Soziales were highly motivated and had prepared more or less intensively for the run in advance. After crossing the finish line at 5.5 km, each of them had set a personal best. The participants of IB Hochschule can be proud of their performance.
