At the summer semester 2025 graduation ceremony on 26 September, the graduates who had submitted and passed their final theses this semester were honoured. In a festive setting, students, their families, friends and university lecturers came together to celebrate the successful degrees.
After a welcome by the Dean of the Berlin Study Centre, Prof. Dr. Silke Brenne, she opened the official part of the ceremony with an address highlighting the outstanding achievements of the Health Education graduates. She emphasised the importance of the acquired specialist knowledge and pedagogical skills for future professional practice and thanked all participants for their commitment during their studies.
Psychology professor Prof. Dr. Sabine Arnold then addressed a greeting to the Psychology graduates. In her speech she warmly congratulated them on their successful degree and acknowledged their professional development. She encouraged the audience to apply the insights gained during their studies responsibly and reflectively in their professional work.
The centrepiece of the event was the ceremonial handover of the diplomas, accompanied by great applause and visible joy. Afterwards, the gathering offered the opportunity to toast the achievements, exchange memories and capture the festive moment in numerous photos.
