The Health Campus at Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin (ukb) was officially opened on Friday, 17 March 2023. The mission of the association is to network the companies on the ukb site, bundle interests and thus enable knowledge transfer. Common goals are to advance practice-oriented medical and therapeutic research and development for the benefit of people from Berlin and Brandenburg. IB Hochschule für Gesundheit und Soziales is part of the "Gesundheitscampus am ukb Berlin" association.
"In addition to the cooperation with Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin (ukb), the Health Campus network opens up a broad range of possibilities for IB Hochschule: from the daycare centre to the centre for geriatric medicine, the clinic for psychosomatics and the psychosocial centre, new ways can be taken in teaching, continuing education, practice and research," says Prof. Dr. Mariam Hartinger, President of IB Hochschule.
