
The lease is signed, the ink just dried, and in not even four weeks we will move into the new, fashionable, somewhat smaller premises at Breitenbachstraße 23. For the next 2 years, until it goes to ukb in Marzahn, we will make ourselves at home there.
And we look forward to the move, because such a move definitely also has positive sides. We hit the reset button and start from scratch. Everything can be rearranged; offices can be newly mixed. Maybe you sit, of course while keeping the necessary minimum distance, with completely new colleagues in one office.
A lot of old ballast – such as dusty folders from the shelves, dried-out office palms and clutter that has not been touched for years – can finally be sorted out. Anyone who still dreads this can be inspired by reading this clever woman: Marie Kondo.
… is located in Reinickendorf, has an Edeka nearby and is not far from the S-Bahn station Eichborndamm or the U-Bahn station Holzhauser Straße – so about 7 kilometres as the crow flies from Gerichtstraße.
… is easily reachable by public transport such as the S-Bahn (S25), the U-Bahn (U6) or by bus (322 and X33), or by bicycle, or in a combination of these means of transport.
… has a spacious terrace in the outdoor area. Seating furniture for this terrace is currently being ordered – for relaxing, resting, sitting around, chilling or letting your soul dangle.
The new location offers ideal conditions for a pleasant teaching environment, and of course IB Hochschule will be able to maintain its high level of teaching even during the move. Most learning formats have already been switched to digital knowledge transfer during the C19 period. Mobile work and digital lectures will continue to be possible without any problems.
