Prof. Dr. Sarah Kern

Prof. Dr. Sarah Kern works on emotional intelligence and coaches and trains executives and companies. She completed her doctorate with Prof. Dr. Jochen Menges on the topic of emotional resources and is part of the research group at the Center for Leadership in the Future of Work at the University of Zurich. She has trained as a psychotherapist and teaches work and organisational psychology as Professor of Applied Psychology at the Health Innovation University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart. Her main interest is supporting people in companies through personal change, and through that work helping to build better leadership and healthier workplace cultures.
