Sanskriti Sinha holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley, specializing in clinical and therapeutic interventions and an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from O.P. Jindal Global University, specializing in clinical and community psychology, where she graduated at the top of her cohort as a Gold Medal recipient. She built a strong clinical foundation through hospital traineeships, specialized therapy clinics, and student crisis counseling. As an active primary researcher, she investigates the intersection of socio-cultural expectations and mental health, focusing on the psychological impacts of social media, perfectionism, impostor syndrome, and chronic conditions like PCOS.
Having previously served as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Chitkara University, Sanskriti is a trained psychologist and passionate academician currently working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Psychology at the Berlin Study Center of the Health Innovation University of Applied Sciences.
