HIU is a private, state-accredited university headquartered in Berlin with additional study centers in Hamburg, Munich, and Stuttgart. We are looking for you to join our Sales Team. The position is available immediately and is initially limited to one year.
Responsibilities:
- •Advising young people is your passion:
- oYou guide prospective students on their path to university – from their initial inquiry to the signing of their study contract.
- oYou advise prospective students by phone, email, and online appointments in German and English.
- oYou answer questions about our degree programs, the application process, and student life.
- oYou stay in touch with prospective students, schedule follow-up appointments, and support them in their study decision.
- oYou manage contacts and applications in our CRM and campus management system.
- oYou manage your own applicant pipeline – from the initial inquiry through advising to the successful signing of the study contract.
- oYou identify graduation opportunities, implement targeted follow-ups, and successfully guide prospective students through to enrollment.
- oYou work in a goal-oriented manner and actively contribute to achieving our enrollment targets.
- oYou will provide support at university fairs, information events, open campus days and webinars.
Profile:
This is what you bring with you
- •You are currently enrolled at a recognized university or college.
- •You enjoy communicating with people and supporting others in making important decisions.
- •You are open, service-oriented, and present yourself in a friendly and professional manner.
- •You work independently, are well-organized, and maintain an overview even when handling multiple requests.
- •You communicate confidently in German and English – both written and spoken.
- •You are proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
