We're hiring at our Berlin study center, on the Sales team. The role is full-time (39 hours/week), starting as soon as possible, and initially a two-year fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent position.

Your Tasks
- •Own the full lead pipeline in HubSpot CRM, from incoming lead to signed enrollment contract
- •Run sales-oriented study-advising sessions — 1:1 consultations by video call or phone — including objection handling and closing
- •Minimise response time to inquiries and be the first point of contact for prospective students, qualifying leads
- •Optionally represent HI-University at events, school visits, and Open Days
Your Profile
- •Completed vocational training or degree with a sales focus, or comparable qualification
- •Proven sales experience (2–5 years), ideally in education (university or study advising)
- •Persuasive sales and communication skills
- •CRM experience (HubSpot)
- •Goal-oriented, structured, customer-focused way of working
- •Job-related English skills desirable
