We are looking for two new team members to join our Quality Management and Accreditation team at our Study Center in Stuttgart. The positions are available immediately and are initially offered on a fixed-term basis for two years, with the intention of transitioning to permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
- •Quality Management
- oResponsible for the university’s quality management system.
- oCoordinate and support the university-wide Quality Management Committee.
- oPrepare, organize, and follow up on committee meetings.
- oRecord and monitor agreed actions and their implementation.
- oPrepare the annual Quality Report.
- oDevelop and revise policies, procedures, and process documentation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and process owners.
- oSupport the Executive Board in the continuous development of quality assurance processes, including evaluations and KPI monitoring.
- oMaintain and update quality-related documentation and workflows.
- •Complaints Management
- oResponsible for the university’s bilingual complaints management system.
- oEvaluate the centralized complaints management process introduced in 2025.
- oProcess, document, and manage incoming complaints.
- oCoordinate with relevant departments and monitor the implementation of agreed measures.
- •Accreditation and Regulatory Affairs
- oSupport programme accreditation procedures.
- oAssist in processes related to regulatory approvals and compliance with state higher education requirements.
- •Higher Education Regulations
- oPrepare and maintain central reports and overviews on professorial staffing ratios, teaching workloads, and teaching capacity across the university’s study centers for the Executive Board.
- •Evaluation (Bilingual)
- oResponsible for the university’s evaluation processes.
- oDesign, conduct, and analyze surveys, including course evaluations, student satisfaction surveys, and graduate surveys.
- oPrepare and present evaluation results in a transparent and accessible manner for faculty and students.
- oFurther develop and optimize evaluation methods and survey instruments.
- oPrepare reports and key performance indicators to support quality management.
- oServe as Deputy Chair of the Teaching Evaluation Working Group.
- •University Administration
- oPrepare, update, and publish central information documents, including the university-wide Academic Calendar and key scheduling overviews.
Profile:
- •A completed university degree or a completed vocational qualification with relevant professional experience.
- •Ideally, initial professional experience in quality management, evaluation, or process management, as well as knowledge of higher education accreditation and quality assurance procedures.
- •Strong analytical skills and a structured, meticulous, and independent working style.
- •Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- •Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- •Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
