Health Innovation University of Applied Sciences is the new name of IB Hochschule für Gesundheit und Soziales. We are hiring for our Stuttgart Administrative and Services Center, on the Finance & Accounting team. The position is available immediately on an initial two-year fixed-term basis.
Responsibilities:
You feel at home in Accounting
- •Maintenance of master data for vendors and recurring postings
- •Review, coding and posting of:
- oSupplier invoices
- oFixed-asset invoices
- oReverse-charge invoices
- oRecurring postings
- •Review and posting of petty cash transactions
- •Preparation of payment runs
- •Posting of bank statements
- •Responsibility for reviewing, recording and posting travel expenses of employees and external lecturers, using the MOSS system (for employees)
- •Support for accounts receivable accounting
- •Ownership of topic-based projects
Profile:
Accounting is your area? Your profile will reflect that:
- •Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- •At least 1 year of professional experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
- •Confident use of Microsoft products (Office, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- •Experience with accounting software (ODOO desirable)
- •Good job-related English skills
- •Confident, friendly demeanour
- •Structured, organised and independent way of working
- •Strong service orientation and reliability
- •Interest in the digitalisation of work processes
- •Experience within a non-profit organisational structure is a plus
