    • oRunning brand-aligned campaigns (digital, events, direct channels), with final budget and sign-off authority
    • oRolling out and governing HubSpot CRM as the central platform for lead management and conversion tracking
    • oResponsibility for the full funnel: lead generation → nurture → application → admission → enrolment
  • 3. International recruitment strategy

    • oBuilding and managing agent and B2B partner networks (including contracts and performance)
    • oAttending fairs and maintaining key partner relationships in core markets
    • oIntegrating international pipeline data into the CRM system
  • 4. Brand, pricing and programme strategy
    • oOverall responsibility for brand guidelines at both universities
    • oDeveloping pricing strategies, scholarship models and tuition positioning
    • oContributing to programme strategy (e.g. new programmes, micro-credentials)
  • 5. Partnerships & representation
    • oBuilding and negotiating B2B partnerships and corporate cooperations
    • oRepresenting the universities at industry events and official engagements
    • oMaintaining relationships with agencies, education providers and companies
  • 6. Performance management & reporting
    • oDeveloping KPI systems for the national and international teams
    • oLeading regular performance meetings ("real-time tracking of enrolment numbers")
    • oProducing forecasts, scenario analyses and strategic recommendations for the university leadership and shareholders

Your profile:

We're looking for a leader who is both strategically strong and operationally experienced, with:
